Always the Heart: Siempre El Corazon

Jim Sagel

A bilingual coming of age story loosely based on the Navajo legend of the Changing Woman, who has the power to regain her youth. Set in rural New Mexico, this romance tells of a high school freshman who experiences her first love. This story will appeal to adolescents because of the knowing rendition of young love, told with innocence and firmly grounded in family.
